Insituform Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator for our Batesville, MS location.

Primary responsibilities include the following:

  • Coordinate and process all new hire paperwork, to include initiating background checks and motor vehicle record checks, coordinating pre-employment drug/physical screens, etc.
  • Review employment documents for accuracy and process in a timely manner (benefit enrollments, employee referral forms, transfers, terminations, e-verify, etc.).
  • Compile and maintain personnel records to ensure data integrity.
  • Maintains background and CDL compliance logs.
  • Manages the Employee Referral Program and ensures payment.
  • Tracks 30-day check-ins for new hires.
  • Upload training record data and certification reviews. Generates and distributes appropriate training certificates and awards.
  • Act as initial contact for employee issues, and provide employee assistance, when appropriate.
  • Facilitate new hire benefit orientation.
  • Audit new hire paperwork, enter new hires into Workday and send documents to personnel file. Send new hire gifts.
  • Process unemployment claims in a timely manner. Maintains unemployment win/loss.
  • Track and approve time off benefits and maintain the time and attendance system.
  • Review and upload labor and payroll for production employees
  • Prepare various ad hoc reports and perform other duties, as assigned. jobsnow


  • HS diploma or GED is required, Associates degree is strongly preferred.  
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience providing administrative support; experience in a human resources capacity strongly preferred.
  • Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with an HRIS system (Workday preferred) and a payroll system.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, as well as solid customer relations skills and experience
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to function effectively in a heavily matrixed environment.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, and other fundamental business-related mathematics.
