Corrpro Canada, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Inside Sales to join our team in our office located in Edmonton, AB.


The Manager of Inside Sales & Distribution is responsible for managing the operations and functions of the Inside Sales team for both internal and external customers. This role will coordinate his or her efforts with the Manager of Manufacturing Operations, and will utilize expert knowledge of the CP Materials business to develop pricing strategies, manage customer expectations, and ensure the highest level of Customer Service to our internal and external customers.                                                                                                                                    


Corrpro Canada, an Aegion Corporation company, is Canada's largest corrosion engineering, cathodic protection, and corrosion monitoring business for the protection and preservation of infrastructure. Corrpro provides professional corrosion consulting and cathodic protection engineering services to major oil companies, government agencies, municipal water, sewer and gas utilities, universities, and public transportation agencies. Corrpro Canada has complete construction installation services, including crews and equipment to install any type of cathodic protection system for any type of structure.  


  • Maintains market intelligence related to pricing, and maintains streamlined and well-understood business processes and systems.
  • Manage customer order requirements are prioritized accordingly within the Materials and Corrpower divisions to ensure highest possible customer satisfaction.
  • Establish pricing strategies for each of our product lines (Materials, Rectifiers, Battery Chargers, etc..) based on customer expectations and market requirements.
  • Lead the development of pricing strategies.
  • Establishes and measures KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to drive performance for on-time delivery and warehouse fill-rate performance for customer orders.
  • Provides senior management with periodic reports as designated.
  • Experience with customer contracts / agreements including discount schedules and / or rebate programs
  • Experience generating list pricing methodologies based on customer tier (spend)
  • Collaboration with Manufacturing and Procurement managers to ensure proper (realistic) lead times are committed to our internal and external customers.
  • Directs staff to cohesively support strategic customer care service objectives and establishes team performance objectives.
  • Manages customer service & administration team.
  • Manages a team of 3 – 7 direct reports.
  • Other duties as designated.

  • Education and/or Experience:
    • College degree preferred; can be substituted with 7 to 10+ professional years of experience.
    • Extensive knowledge of supply chain, and logistics experience required.
    • Experience required with Enterprise Resources Planning systems (ERP); prefer knowledge of JD Edwards.
    • Experience managing order volumes in excess of $25M.
  • Language Skills:
    • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, draft reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
    • Effectively present information to individuals or groups (management, clients, customers, general public) and respond to questions.
  • Mathematical Skills:
    • Ability to perform arithmetic calculations and apply basic knowledge.
  • Reasoning Skills:
    • Ability to solve practical problems.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

    • Position requires individual to have strong interpersonal skills and be a strong communicator; able to take initiative and function independently; able to lead a team through new and often undefined challenges.

    • Ability to work in teams; work with others to resolve complex issues.
  • Computer-Based:
    • Ability to work with spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software. Ability to learn new applications quickly. Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and Power Point) required.

    • In performing the duties for this job, the employee will generally work in an office type environment
  • Travel:
  • Estimated travel requirement for the position is expected to be 20%.
