Insituform Technologies, LLC is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our plant in Batesville, Mississippi.

This position is responsible for the data processing and communication with customer on their orders. Individual will receive, confirm, enter and monitor the receipt of orders for our products. This positon will also act as back up for Production Manager of Fyfe Products when needed.


  • Review orders as received for all customers to include Fyfe and ITI to ensure all necessary components, measurements, style, product, etc. are accurate and determine material availability to meet customer request.
  • Request new part numbers as necessary.
  • Work with supplying branches and customers to establish production schedule as necessary to ensure ability to meet customer expectations.
  • Confirm order details with customer.
  • Process sales order in JDE for supplying Customers with Products.
  • Monitor and reconcile invoices to ensure order completion as requested.
  • Provide necessary reports to assist with billing, order log intake, etc.
  • Field inquiry calls regarding the Products supplied by Insituform.
  • Support internal and external order processing.
  • Assist with inventory management as needed.
  • Act as Back Up to the Production Manager of Fyfe Products.
    • Issue Work Orders, Pick Sheets, Lot Labels
    • Issue Work Instructions with BOM to Production Staff as needed
  • Arrange all Freight Shipments using an approved 3PL Vendor
    • Acquire all Freight Quotes for outgoing orders
    • Work closely with Batesville Logistics Department to arrange Transport of International Shipments
    • Prepare Shipping B.O.L., SDS, Packing List and assist with Pallet Label production
  • Back up for other customer service personnel.
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required; Business Associate's Degree is preferred.
  • Customer Service experience required, with international customer service an asset.
  • Prior experience working in JD Edwards an asset.
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing or construction envioronment preferred.
  • OSHA Certified Training and is able to sign BOL’s on behalf of the company for Hazardous Chemical Shipments preferred.
  • US DOT, IATA, IMDG, and NAFTA experience preferred.
  • Ability to work with complex spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
  • Must complete and maintain all required Hazardous Materials Shipping and Transportation certifications.
