  • Receives and studies project confirmations to determine priority, production needs, and the most efficient manner to schedule equipment.
  • Creates daily equipment log for production that is distributed to appropriate team members
  • Allots inventory to be used in production making the best use of time and materials with the least waste.
  • Maintains database that reflects planned equipment maintenance downtime and production levels.
  • Maintains files for production records.
  • Maintains and distributes weekly and monthly reports – equipment utilization, construction personnel utilization and key financial metrics ($/employee, etc).
  • Working knowledge of general project management principles (e.g. risk analysis, scope control, costs impacts and quality assurance).
  • Flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Very good interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), the ability to interface and influence at all levels of an organization
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline oriented , fast paced environment
  • Proven accuracy, reliability and completeness in job accomplishment

  • Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate well with Operations Managers, Construction Managers, Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
  • Mathematical Skills: The ability to add, subtract, multiple, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
  • Reasoning Ability:  Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.  Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Other Skills and Abilities: Must be computer literate, Experience working with SmartSheet a plus.
