Corrpro Canada is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team based out of Calgary, AB. This role will be responsible for the efficiency of the day-to-day procedures in the office.


Corrpro Canada, an Aegion company, is Canada's largest corrosion engineering, cathodic protection, and corrosion monitoring business for the protection and preservation of infrastructure. Corrpro provides professional corrosion consulting and cathodic protection engineering services to major oil companies, government agencies, municipal water, sewer and gas utilities, universities, and public transportation agencies. Corrpro has complete construction installation services, including crews and equipment to install any type of cathodic protection system for any type of structure.


  • Provide administrative support to Engineering and Operations groups
  • Review, edit, and format technicial reports using Microsoft products: Word, Excel, and Adobe
  • Responsible for accurate invoicing
  • Create invoices that accurately reflect contracts, payment terms, and billing rates
  • Ensuring all invoicing, work orders and purchase order processing requirements are completed timely. Print reports and match to current period invoicing
  • Data entry updates in various application such as Access Database, Excel, JD Edwards (Oracle)
  • Filing and archiving of drawings
  • Process transactions in all areas of the JD Edwards order management system:  Material Master, Order Status/Document Flow, Work Order maintenance, check orders for incomplete. Generate various reports from ERP system (JDE)
  • Perform reception duties as needed: answering the phone, sorting mail, and arranging couriers
  • Assist in entering time sheets, records maintenance, project file creation and paperwork for employees in assigned area
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Assist with new hire onboarding



Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in an office environment
  • 1+ years of experience with software systems an asset but not required (Jd Edwards, JCMR, Journyx)
  • Must have strong PC skills with a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office
