The HR Manager is a critical role responsible for delivering human resources services to assigned client group(s) within the Corrosion Protection Platform (CPP) of Aegion Corporation. This role reports directly to the VP of Human Resources for the Platform. CPP offers a broad portfolio of leading technologies and services in North America and other parts of the world to protect and monitor oil and gas pipelines from the effects of corrosion. The successful candidate will partner closely with business leadership to leverage his/her expertise as a partner and driver for change in the areas of talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, policy and process development, and change management.
