    The Pipeline Integrity Data Specialist will perform duties involved with collecting, integrating and processing data related to pipeline integrity projects, particularly for Direct Assessment projects. Responsibilities can include:

    • Research, collect and organize historic records for pipeline integrity assessments
    • Review and comprehend pipeline alignment maps and construction drawings, specifications, procedures, manuals, project documents and reports.
    • Create reports and presentations from the results for review
    • Review and reconcile historical integrity assessment records such as pressure tests, direct assessments, and ILI surveys.
    • Assist with preparing pipeline integrity assessment reports for direct assessment and other pipeline integrity projects.
    • Identify and evaluate client requirements for projects.
    • Apply basic engineering principles and theory when required.
    • Provide support to Pipeline Integrity Group, Pipeline Services department, client personnel, subcontractors and others.
    • Mentor, train and collaborate with fellow coworkers.


    • Associates or Bachelor of Science degree of Science, Math, Computer Technology or related field preferred
    • Previous pipeline integrity and pipeline documentation experience required
    • Strong working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint required.
    • Ability to read and understand alignment maps, Trunk Line Charts and engineering drawings.
    • Ability to perform mathematical calculations and apply basic engineering principles and theory
    • Ability to understand potential threats to pipelines, and what factors influence those threats.
    • Good analytical, technical and problem-solving skills preferred.
    • Attention to detail and excellent time and project management skills preferred.
    • Ability to interact with a variety of different personalities and in a variety of work environments
